SynqoraX

Institutional Trading Capabilities

Direct API Access

SynqoraX provides API connectivity that lets institutional desks route orders and receive execution data directly, without depending on the standard web interface for every trade.

Server-Side Execution Infrastructure

Strategies run on SynqoraX servers rather than a local machine, so execution continues through connectivity drops or hardware failures on the institutional trader's end.

Consolidated Position Reporting

Position and performance data across every active strategy are brought together in a single reporting view, giving institutional teams one place to check exposure.

Guided Institutional Onboarding

Onboarding for institutional accounts is handled with a dedicated account manager, covering verification, funding and strategy setup before any capital is deployed.

Pre-Trade Risk Limits

Risk limits are applied before an order reaches the market, not after, giving institutional users control over exposure on every strategy they deploy.

For institutional traders

SynqoraX supports trading desks, funds and other organisations that operate with larger books, multiple strategies running in parallel, and a need for structured oversight across every position. The workspace keeps the same execution and risk framework used for individual accounts, but adds the structure that institutional trading requires: dedicated onboarding, programmatic access, and reporting built for teams rather than a single trader.

Who this is for and what changes at scale

An institutional user of SynqoraX is typically a desk, fund or trading business managing several strategies at once, often across more than one account or mandate. What changes at this scale is not the underlying mechanics of execution, but the surrounding discipline: risk limits need to be set and reviewed at a portfolio level, reporting needs to roll up cleanly across strategies, and onboarding needs a structured handover rather than a self-serve signup.

Institutional trading also tends to involve more than one person touching the account, whether that is a risk officer reviewing exposure, an operator managing strategy selection, or a principal reviewing reporting at the end of a session. SynqoraX is built so that these roles can work from the same underlying account and infrastructure without duplicating setup. The platform does not change its core behaviour for institutional users; it exposes the same execution and risk engine through tools suited to teams managing capital at scale.

This page describes how the workspace supports that use case in practice, covering execution infrastructure, programmatic access, reporting and the onboarding path itself.

Execution infrastructure and server-side strategy hosting

Strategies deployed through SynqoraX run on the platform’s own servers rather than on any local machine. Once a strategy is live, it continues to operate according to its configured logic and risk limits regardless of whether a browser tab is open, a laptop is connected, or a mobile signal is available. For an institutional user managing several strategies across different mandates, this means execution does not depend on any single person’s device staying online through a trading session.

Risk limits are applied before an order reaches the market, not after a position has already been taken. This ordering matters at scale: a limit breach is caught at the point of decision rather than discovered afterwards in a reconciliation report. Each strategy carries its own configurable limits, which means a desk running multiple approaches side by side can size and constrain each one independently rather than applying a single blanket setting across the whole book.

SynqoraX does not offer prime brokerage services, custody arrangements or segregated account structures, and nothing on this page should be read as implying otherwise. The infrastructure described here is execution and strategy hosting: it determines how and when an order is placed and constrained, not how assets are held or cleared.

API access and integration

Institutional accounts can connect to SynqoraX through API access, which allows a desk’s own systems to interact with the platform programmatically rather than exclusively through the browser interface. This is typically used to pull position and performance data into an internal dashboard, to feed configuration changes into strategy settings from an existing workflow tool, or to keep an external record of activity in step with what is happening inside the workspace.

API access is provisioned as part of institutional onboarding rather than exposed by default, so that each integration is set up against the specific account and strategies it needs to reach. The intent is to let a trading operation keep using its existing tooling for oversight and record-keeping, with SynqoraX handling execution and risk enforcement underneath. Specific endpoint documentation and integration details are provided directly to institutional accounts once onboarding is under way, since the right configuration depends on how a given desk is structured.

Reporting and oversight

Position and performance data across every active strategy is consolidated into a single reporting view, so an institutional user does not need to reconcile figures from separate systems to see where the account currently stands. This includes open positions, recent fills, and the current state of risk limits against each running strategy, presented in one place rather than scattered across strategy-level screens.

Alerts can be configured on fills and on limit breaches, which gives an oversight function a way to be notified as events happen rather than only at the end of a reporting period. For a desk running several strategies at once, this kind of configurable alerting is often more useful than a single end-of-day summary, since it surfaces the moments that actually warrant attention.

SynqoraX does not present this reporting as an audited or independently verified record, and figures shown in the workspace should not be treated as an external attestation of performance. It is an internal operating view designed to support a team’s own oversight process, not a substitute for whatever compliance or audit function a given organisation already runs.

How onboarding works

Institutional onboarding begins the same way individual onboarding does, with an account created on the platform, but proceeds with a verification step handled directly alongside an account manager rather than as a purely automated flow. This gives a desk the chance to walk through account structure, intended use of API access and reporting needs before any capital is committed.

Once verification is complete, the account is funded and strategies are selected, with risk limits set per strategy in line with however the desk wants to structure its book. Because execution and risk enforcement run on SynqoraX infrastructure rather than locally, this configuration step is where the operational shape of the account is actually defined; day-to-day use afterwards is a matter of monitoring and adjusting rather than repeated manual setup.

Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital, and this applies at institutional scale in the same way it applies to any account. Nothing in this onboarding process or in the reporting tools described above should be read as investment advice, and any figures used during setup are illustrative rather than a projection of results.
